MASSENA – A Massena woman was jailed on $2,000 cash bail after she allegedly resisted arrest following a drunk driving incident on Sissonville Road, according to state police.
Kharissa M. Danboise, 25, was charged with driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and inadequate brake light, troopers said.
According to troopers, her DWI was a felony due to a previous conviction within the past 10 years. She had a blood alcohol content of .16, which is double the legal limit.
Danboise was also ticketed for uninspected motor vehicle, obstructed view, and failure to take a pre-screening breath test, troopers said.
Danboise was arraigned at the Pierrepont Town Court and jailed on $2,000 cash bail, $4,000 bond.
She is to reappear at the Town of Potsdam Court on March 21, at 10 a.m.
