MASSENA – A Massena woman was charged with burglary Tuesday in a case in which a Massena man was charged the day before, and the man has had charges added.
Crystina M. Prescott, 24, is accused of third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent in connection with a complaint received by state police Monday evening. She was released to a third party.
The night before, Daniel A. Zera, 31, Massena, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and possession of burglar tools, both Class A misdemeanors, and trespass, after a complaint to state police of a suspicious person Monday evening. Zera was arrested on Rooseveltown Road at about 7 p.m. Monday.
Troopers have added a count of third-degree criminal possession of a firearm with a previous conviction, and third-degree burglary, both felonies.
He has been sent to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
