MASSENA -- Massena’s police chief will retire next month.
The agenda for Tuesday night’s village board meeting says Chief Mark LaBrake will submit a notice of his Jan. 15 resignation.
Sgt. Adam Love will be named interim chief effective Jan. 16, the release says.
The village board meeting is Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Hall’s second floor boardroom.
LaBrake did not return a request for comment.
