LAWRENCE -- A Massena man faces sexual abuse, unlawful surveillance and child endangerment charges, according to Massena-based state police.

Eric J. Deshane, 19, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance (felony), second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child after troopers received reports of a prowler Wednesday at 6:54 p.m.

Troopers investigated the incident and arrested Deshane Thursday at 6:34 p.m.

He was released on an appearance ticket.
