MASSENA -- Three village residents who were accused of a weekend burglary are facing new charges for a separate break-in.

On Tuesday afternoon, village police charged Lyn G. Bormann IV, Andrew D. Dietze and Bobbi Jo Larock, all of 20 Parker Ave., in connection with a Saturday burglary at 48 Phillips St., Massena police said.

Bormann, 27, if charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree conspiracy, fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal mischief, all felonies.

Dietze is charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree conspiracy, fourth-degree grand larceny and a misdemeanor count of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Larock is charged with fourth-degree conspiracy, police said.

Police said items allegedly stolen from the residence included tools, TVs, more than 60 DVDs and an air compressor. Inv. Corey Francis said most of the property has been recovered.

He said Bormann allegedly broke a window on a door to gain entry to the home.

Chief Adam Love said police at this time do not believe the trio are suspected in any other burglaries.

The three were arraigned Tuesday afternoon in Massena court.

Bormann and Dietze were remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail pending a future appearance, police said.

Larock was released under probationary supervision, pending further court action, according to investigators.

In addition to the earlier burglary (more details on that here), Bormann was charged on Monday with the theft of a purse and fraudulent use of debit cards. More details on that case are here.
