MASSENA -- The Town Council, Village Board of Trustees and Massena Business Development Corporation board will hold a joint meeting on Monday, Nov. 5 at 5:30 p.m.
It will be in the Town Hall’s second floor board room.
They will discuss Community Development Business Corp. grant writing and local government reorganization, according to the village clerk’s office.
