MASSENA -- The Town Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. to discuss a matter that “will have an impact on downtown and the community in general,” according to Town Supervisor Joseph Gray.
“It involves other parties besides the town and we have agreed not to discuss it until we finalize in on Wednesday,” Gray said.
The meeting will be in the Town Hall’s second floor boardroom.
