The council is expected to immediately go into executive session to discuss pending litigation, but no details were released.
"No action is expected after the executive session, but as always any action will be recorded and reported to the Town Clerk," Gray said in a message to the press.
Gray said the meeting will be to discuss litigation by businesses over assessments.
