MASSENA -- Newly-elected Massena Town Councilman Samuel Carbone Jr. took the oath of office Thursday night. He ran unopposed in November, it is his first term on the board.
He has also served on the town’s planning board.
The town also swore in Councilmen Albert Nicola and Tom Miller and Town Supervisor Joseph Gray, who were elected in November to fresh terms.
