MASSENA – The Town Council meets this afternoon to consider pending litigation and a court case involving code enforcement, according to Supervisor Joe Gray.
After a brief public session beginning at 4 p.m. in Town Hall to finalize some paperwork on Federal Aviation Administration grants for the Massena International Airport, the council is expected to go into executive session with the town attorney to discuss the other matters, Gray said in an announcement this morning.
