MASSENA -- A Massena teenager is facing six misdemeanor counts after allegedly inappropriately touching two children.
Skylor J. Liberty, 18, of 49 1/2 Maple St. Lot 46 is charged with two counts of forcible touching and four counts of child endangerment, police said.
He allegedly touched two victims, ages 10 and 11, who were strangers to him, police said.
Liberty was charged at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday and arraigned in Massena court. He was released under probationary supervision with orders of protection barring him from the alleged victims, police said.
