MASSENA -- The Massena Central School Board of Education Thursday okayed retaining the Guercio and Guercio law firm of Albany as legal council for Title VII and its Native American tuition grant.
For $172.50 per hour, attorney Kathy Ahearn will also work with the school when they deal with the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe.
She also works in a similar capacity with the Salmon River Central School District.
