Massena Rotarians honored for contributions
MASSENA -- Rotary District 7040 Foundation Chair Bette Miller, at left, attended a recent Massena Rotary Club luncheon to congratulate seven-time Paul Harris Fellow Walter Mulyca and two-time Fellow Susan Bellor.
Rotarians become Paul Harris Fellows when they donate $1,000 to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus or an approved foundation grant.
The award is named for the founder of the Rotary Club.
