MASSENA -- The Massena Rod and Gun Club recently hosted their 18th Bill Dennison Memorial Shoot.
Shooters converged at the club for a 100-bird shoot, which included 50 sporting clays, 25 trap and 25 skeet.
First prize went to Steve Burdett of Parishville with an 82 (34, 23, 25).
Ed Rider of Massena placed second with a 75 (40, 20, 13).
Randy Butler of Watertown finished in third with a 74 (34, 21, 19).
Next were Allan Berrill, Ottawa, 70 (36, 20, 14); Bill Workman, Ottawa, 66 (34, 21, 11); and Charlie Storring, Massena, 49 (22, 14, 13).
The trapper was Ron Gravell.
