MASSENA -- A village resident is charged with felony drug counts following a Thursday night drug raid that turned up large quantities of heroin and cocaine.
Theresa M. Dissottle, 27, of 56 Brighton St. is charged with third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies, police said.
She allegedly sold cocaine in September, according to investigators.
Aided by their K9 Vigo, police say they executed a search warrant at her home around 7:35 p.m. Thursday, seizing 43 grams of cocaine, 29 grams of heroin and $3,600 U.S. currency.
She was arraigned in Canton Town Court by Justice James Monroe and released under supervision of the county Probation Department, police said.
Police also charged two people who were in the home when they raided it.
Patience M. Dissottle, 23, of 532 Elliot Road Apt. 2, Norwood was charged on a bench warrant for failure to appear on previous charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Canton Town Court and released.
Jerry L. Belile Jr., 25, of 49 1/2 Maple St., Massena was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly possessing heroin, police said.
He was arraigned in Canton court and released.
There is an ongoing investigation, according to investigators.
Police say they were aided by the county Sheriff’s Office, Border Enforcement Security Task Force (BEST), Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Border Patrol.
