MASSENA -- The Massena Rescue Squad holds training April 3 on helicopter landing zone operations in the squad's parking lot at 341 E. Orvis St. with a real helicopter landing.
The LifeNet 7-9 air ambulance chopper is scheduled to come in during the training, which starts at 6 p.m.
"I have invited several rescue squads around the area to participate in the class," said Massena Rescue Squad 2nd Chief Randy Montour. "I have confirmed attendees from Akwesasne Mohawk Ambulance and Fire, Bangor EMS, Norfolk EMS and Massena Fire," he said.
