MASSENA -- Village Treasurer Julie Sharlow got approval from the Board of Trustees to take three village accounts from Key Bank because they won’t waive fees. The funds are now held at NBT Bank.
She said the accounts are for police fines, asset forfeiture and fire equipment.
Sharlow noted that NBT, a commercial bank, offered the best deal.
