MASSENA -- Village police are seeking the public’s help in finding two juvenile runaways believed to be in the Ogdensburg area.
Jacob F. Cullen-Lazore, 17, and Alyssa L. Newcombe, 14, have been missing since Tuesday, according to Massena Police Sgt. Adam Love.
Police described Cullen-Lazore as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Newcombe is described as 5 feet, three inches tall and weighing 110 pounds. She has dark brown hair and blue eyes.
Love said the pair are boyfriend and girlfriend.
Love said that Cullen-Lazore picked up Newcombe for school on Tuesday and they ditched his car in the Massena High School parking lot.
“We found out they went to Price Chopper and were picked up on a commuter bus and brought to Price Chopper in Ogdensburg,” Love said.
From there, they took a taxi to a residence just outside the city limits. Police believe they now could be at Belmont Courts.
Love said anyone with information as to the pair’s whereabouts should contact Massena police at 769-3577, or a law enforcement agency has jurisdiction over their location.
