MASSENA -- Village police have identified six suspects charged this morning in a multi-agency investigation into a New York City to Massena drug pipeline.

The alleged ringleader is Johnathan Rodriguez, 27, of 290 Regan Road, Norwood, Massena Police Sgt. Adam Love said. He added that Rodriguez also goes by Javi, Big Guy, Big Man, Babs, Bebz and Bebo.

Police also charged Ricardo "Bucky" Garcia, 24, of New York City; Tina Fumano, 42, of Massena; Cecilia "CeCe" Lindsey, 28, of 121 West Hatfield St., Massena; Nicole Francis, 27, of 25 Depot St., Richville; and William Rochefort, 21, of Massena.

Love said there is one other suspect police are still trying to find.

Earlier this morning, Love said the probe, which is gang-related, has been dubbed by investigators "Operation Believe It or Not," but would not elaborate on the name's significance.

He said the case started with an arrest in Massena.

There are 25 other people tied to the case being charged on indictments in New York City today, Love said.

Other agencies involved are the Office of Homeland Security Investigations, St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, New York State Police and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force.
