MASSENA -- Effective Sunday at 2 a.m., the Massena Police Department will enforce all-night parking on village roads.
There will be no parking on village roads between 2 and 6 a.m.
Chief Adam Love said the prohibition is due to the change in weather and possibility of snow.
The roadways have to be clear so the Department of Public Works can keep them safe for travel, Love said.
