LOUISVILLE — Two Massena residents were arrested Wednesday for allegedly robbing another person and trying to push the victim from a moving vehicle while being dragged, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Kylie E. McDonald, 20, was charged with third-degree burglary for forcibly stealing property from the victim, deputies said.
Ryan J. LaBaff, 21, was charged with reckless endangerment for pushing the victim from a moving vehicle while the victim was being dragged.
LaBaff was cited and released at Louisville court.
McDonald was arraigned in Canton court and released under the supervision of probation.
An order of protection was issued in favor of the victim, deputies said.
