MASSENA – A new advocacy group intent on preserving the music department at Massena Central School is forming and looking for supporters.
The Massena Music Friends organization will hold its first general membership meeting of the new year Thursday, Jan. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Massena High School Band Room.
Anyone interested in supporting the music department is cordially invited to attend.
New members are welcome.
The group hopes to conduct fund-raising activities and act as a united voice for the department during budget building.
