MASSENA -- Massena Memorial Hospital’s 21st Employee Recognition Program honored dozens of employees who have worked for MMH for a combined total of over seven centuries.

This year MMH recognized a milestone year in the healthcare careers of 49 workers. “Each of our colleagues has contributed to 730 combined years of commitment, dedication and service excellence to our patients, hospital and community,” said MMH Director of Public Relations and Planning Tina Corcoran.

“As our honorees know, the work we do is not done by one person alone. During this past year each has shown their own commitment to making MMH a great place for patients to receive care, a great place for doctors to practice and a great place for all of us to work,” said Bob Wolleben, MMH CEO. “Together we have taken the steps to strengthen MMH and we could not have done so without the help of each of our honorees.”

Those honored include:

• Five years - Teresa Serguson, Eugene Ditullio, Megan Phelix, Theresa Knapp, Rebecca Martin, Anne Crowley and Melissa Goodfellow

• 10 years - Nancy Dumas, Keely Pomainville, Elizabeth Podgurski, Mary Conte, Mary Gooshaw, Tari Lallier, Matthew Hayes, Candace Meader, Billi Jo Peets, Renee Barto, Toni Fraser, Roger “Pete” Foster, Amy Love, Lawrence Hatch, Lisa Langtry, Brian Belile Sheila Irwin, Rebecca Wiley, Kelly Durant-Adams, Cheryl Ruest and Herbert Wetherbe
