MASSENA -- A Massena actor is launching a new YouTube TV series this month.
Ben VanDamme will host “The American Life,” which is described in a press release as an interview show featuring “real people, real stories.”
He recently was moderator at the 2015 Upstate Comic Con and will host the North Country Acting Society awards in Massena on April 18.
“It’s awesome to finally have things that were negative in my life for the past year behind me, and now I can finally begin my new life in a career that I love the most,” VanDamme said in a prepared statement.
VanDamme is also making a film called “The Journey,” based on the story of blind artist Michael Simmons. He will make casting calls this month.
