MASSENA -- A Massena man is jailed on allegations that he used a BB gun to shoot the windows of a house across the street from his, according to village police.
Wakeen T. White, 28, of 543 South Main St. is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangerment, both misdemeanors. He is also charged with illegal discharge of a weapon within the village bounds, a local law violation, police said.
White allegedly shot out Daniel Shirley’s windows at 556 South Main St., according to court documents.
He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald Sharlow and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, in lieu of $500 bail, police said.
