MASSENA -- A Massena man is jailed on seven counts after being accused of stealing and fraudulently using his father’s debit card, village police said.

Dale F. Pryce Jr., 29, of Hospital Drive, Massena is charged with a felony count of fourth-degree grand larceny and six misdemeanor counts of petit larceny, police said.
