John E. Willits, 49, is charged with two felony counts of possession of an obscene sexual performance by a child, police said.
Massena Police Department along with the New York State Troop B Computer Crimes Unit and the Department of Homeland Security executed the search warrant at his 12 Grove St. home on Monday.
Willits was arraigned in Massena court by judge Eric Gustafson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond, police said.
