MASSENA -- Village police say a Massena man is jailed on $25,000 bail after being charged with breaking a court order, which officials say he has violated several times.
Eric R. Schuck, 27, of Pine Street, Massena was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal trespass at 2:41 a.m. Sunday on Pine Street, police said.
Chief Adam Love said Schuck allegedly violated an order of protection, which has happened several times.
Schuck was arraigned by Massena Justice Eric Gustafson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond, police said.
