MASSENA -- A village resident is facing four felony drug charges after allegedly selling cocaine.
Patrick J. Carlin, 27, of East Orvis Street is charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, according to a grand jury indictment.
The document says Carlin allegedly sold cocaine twice in Massena on Sept. 11.
He was charged at 8:10 p.m. Dec. 5 and taken to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, to await arraignment, police said.
