GOUVERNEUR – A Massena man was jailed for allegedly possessing more than 10 pounds of pot during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 11 late Sunday night, according to state police.
Ogdensburg-based troopers say they charged Daniel P. Robertson, 34, with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana, felony, at 10:15 p.m.
Troopers listed his status as held.
