LAWRENCE -- A Massena man was seriously injured following a motorcycle accident on State Highway 11C Friday.
Clifford M. Hagget, 59, was transported to Canton-Potsdam-Hospital after losing control of his motorcycle., according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Hagget was ejected from the bike and suffered massive head trauma and a possible neck fracture.
Following a diagnosis, Hagget was flown to Fletcher-Allen Medical Center in Burlington.
Deputies said U.S. Border Patrol and Brasher-Winthrop Fire Departments assisted on the scene.
Deputies said charges are pending.
