LOUISVILLE — A Massena man faces multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated, after a motor vehicle accident at 9775 State Route 56 Oct. 15 at 4:44 a.m.
State police arrested Shannon P. Derouchie, 48, for driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breathalizer test, leaving the scene of an accident-failure to show license/ID with a prior conviction, failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely, improper left turn and a seat belt violation.
Troopers said Derouchie was being held pending further processing.
No injuries were reported by state police.
Investigation into the incident is continuing.
