CANTON – A Massena man who is currently an inmate at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility has been arrested for allegedly sexually groping another inmate, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Joshua Henderson, 24, was charged with forcible touching and second degree harassment in connection with the Friday incident, deputies said.
Deputies said he entered another inmate’s cell, pushed the inmate down to the floor, allegedly reached down the victim’s pants and grabbed the intimate parts of the victim.
Henderson was issued appearance tickets and is to answer the charges in Canton Town Court at a later date.
