MASSENA – A Massena man was charged Sunday with three felonies including fourth degree grand larceny of an auto, according to state police.

Carl J. Oakes, 56, was also charged at 12:50 p.m. with second degree forgery and offering a false instrument first degree, police said.

He was released to the custody of a third party, police said.
