MASSENA – A Massena man was charged Monday with possessing heroin with intent to sell on Trippany Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Ronald E. Flores-Agurto, 31, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, officers said.
The arrest was the result of a complaint received from a New York parole officer.
The search resulted in the seizure of 19 bundles of heroin.
Flores-Agurto was arraigned in Massena court and ordered held on $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
Deputies were assisted on scene by parole officers.
