LOUISVILLE -- A Massena man was charged recently charged as a fugitive from justice for stealing over $60,000.
Robert E. Kizziah, 51, was charged yesterday after sheriff’s department deputies discovered he was wanted for theft in Tennessee.
Kizziah is wanted for the theft of over $60,000 and writing worthless checks, according to deputies.
Kizziah was arraigned in Louisville and remanded to jail without bail pending extradition, said deputies.
Kizziah was also recently charged with fourth degree larceny for theft of services and issuing a bad check after renting a room at the Lakeview Motel and Apartments without paying.
