BRASHER -- A Massena man was arrested on four counts of rape on Thursday stemming from a July 9, 2016 complaint, according to state police.
Joseph J. Breault, 62, was charged with four felony counts of first-degree rape: forcible compulsion at 12:10 p.m., officers said.
His arrest status was listed as held.
