MASSENA – A Massena man involved in an ATV accident Monday night was arrested for driving while intoxicated, according to state police.
Samuel J. Snyder, 33, was charged at Massena Memorial Hospital with first-offense DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, troopers said.
He was additionally cited for no motor vehicle license, unregistered ATV, no/illegal helmet on an ATV and failure to produce insurance on an ATV, officers said.
Police did not provide injury details.
Snyder was released on appearance tickets returnable to court at a later date.
