OGDENSBURG – State police from Ogdensburg arrested a Massena man April 29 at 3:30 p.m. on drug and alcohol charges following their investigation of a personal injury accident which occurred April 21 at 7:25 p.m. in Morristown.
Jeffrey A. Chapman, 35, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to keep right and first-degree operator impaired by drugs.
He was also charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the car and back passenger seat belt violations.
Troopers declined to release additional details regarding the case when reached by phone Sunday morning.
The investigation is still pending.
