POTSDAM -- A Massena man was arrested on driving while intoxicated charges following a complaint of an intoxicated driver at McDonald’s, 171 Market St., according to Potsdam police.
Jacob L. Farrell, 26, was charged with aggravated DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, improper left turn on a two-way roadway.
His blood-alcohol content was reportedly .18.
Police said Farrell had an open container in the center console of the vehicle.
Farrell only had a driver’s permit, police said.
He was cited and released.
