MASSENA -- A 24-year-old man is jailed on allegations that he sexually abused a girl starting in 2011 when she was 11 years old.
Enrique "Henry" Rodriques, 24, of 228 Barnhart Rd. is charged with second-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
The alleged victim told police the abuse began sometime around December 2011 at Rodriques' home.
He was arraigned in Massena court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
