HOPKINTON — A Massena man was arrested Wednesday following a report of a burglary in progress on Lake Ozonia Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Tyler J. Hargrave, 19, was charged with second-degree burglary, felony; petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief, officers said.
The owner of a camp called 911 after discovering that a person was inside their camp. Hargrave was taken into custody on scene without incident, deputies said.

He is to appear in Hopkinton court at a later date.
