
MALONE – Massena resident Raymond Provost was among 13 people arrested on felony charges of drug sale and possession, as multiple police agencies executed arrest warrants in northern Franklin County early today, according to state police.
Members of the New York State Police, Malone Village Police, Tupper Lake Village Police, Saranac Lake Village Police, United States Border Patrol, Franklin County Narcotics/Border Task Force Investigators, New York State Parole, and the Franklin County Sheriff's Office executed the warrants.
State police have listed the following people as being arrested, and have been charged as follows:

Violation of Parole.
State police say the arrests are a result of a year-long investigation into the sale and possession of cocaine and prescription narcotics.
The defendants are to be arraigned in the Town of Malone Justice Court today.
