WADDINGTON -- A Massena man was charged with possessing more than a pound of marijuana following a Border Patrol immigration inspection on Route 37, according to state police
State police charged Wallace J. Mayette, 57, with criminal possession of marijuana after border agents discovered Mayette possessed 450 grams of pot located inside a bag in the passenger’s compartment.
Mayette was released on an appearance ticket.
