BRASHER – A Massena man had more than a pound of pot in his possession when his vehicle was stopped in Brasher Wednesday night, state police said.
Matthew J. Allen, 26, was stopped at 7:10 p.m. along County Rt. 53 and was charged with one count of second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and was held in custody.
