LOUISVILLE -- A Massena man faces multiple charges after his vehicle became stuck while he was allegedly stealing scrap metal on County Route 39 Monday, according to Massena-based state police.
Adam Baxter, 35, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny fourth-degree criminal mischief and seven counts of third-degree criminal trespass.
Troopers say Baxter was fleeing the scene with the scrap metal and was spotted by the property owner.
Upon his attempt to flee, his vehicle became stuck and Baxter fled on foot.
He was arraigned in the Town of Louisville Court where he was released under the supervision of probation.
