MASSENA -- State police charged a Massena man on Wednesday with selling cocaine.
Kolbe L. Gollinger, 23, is faced with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.
Gollinger was sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton to await arraignment.
Massena Police assisted state troopers in their investigation.
