MASSENA -- A jewelry store made a “double donation” of leftover stuffed animals from an in-house fundraiser for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Customers who donated to St. Jude’s at Kay Jewelers could take a plush bear or dog, but many opted to donate them to St. Vincent de Paul.
Forty of the animals went to the charity.
