MASSENA -- The town board on Wednesday voted to hire a new Highway Department motor equipment operator.
They hired Dylan Castleman to replace Richard LaChance, who is retiring.
Castleman will start his job Monday at $21.24 per hour.
LaChance intends to retire toward the end of June, Highway Superintendent Frank Diagostino said.
