MASSENA – Massena Kiwanis would like to thank all the teams that played in the seventh annual Children’s Charity Golf Tournament and helped raise money for scholarships and other programs for young people.
The first-place team was CKON/Cook’s Greenery, Andy Cook, Julia Bach Skidder, Victoria Thompson, and Jeremiah Woods.
Second place went to Northern Insurance, John Bogosion, Chris Henery, Ed Davis, and Christene Davis.
Third place was taken by the Tom Denny Team, Jim Sovie, Jeff Whalen, Tom Denny, and Al Kieswatter.
The money raised goes to the Easter egg program, where more than 250 kids participate with help of Massena Chamber and other civic groups; Arbor Day trees for all the schools in St. Lawrence County; the Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul and Massena Neighborhood Center Christmas programs.
